For Larry and Jonathan, Scotland was a bucket list thirteen years in the making, the 152nd Open at Royal Troon, and two milestone birthdays, 88 and 55, decades apart and celebrated on the same fairways.

The trip opened at St. Andrews, four nights at the Old Course Hotel with rounds held on the Old Course itself, the ground where the game began. From there, the journey moved to Trump Turnberry for a full week on the coast, private cars carrying them to and from Royal Troon each day of the Championship.
